Fabric like this makes a lot of sense for boxer underwear, but use it in a pair of boxer briefs and the comfort is turned up to 11. The fabric provides the same luxurious feel as CDLP’s flagship boxer briefs, Ortiz says, “but the version boxer shorts are much more flattering. Plus… That being said, they actually have a shape in the butt which keeps my back from looking sad.
Best Multi-Pack Boxer Shorts: Polo Ralph Lauren Woven Cotton Boxer Shorts (5-Pack)
material: 100% cotton | Sizes: S-XXL | Travel: Functional. open | Colors and patterns: Available in two colours
Ralph Lauren boxer shorts are just as good as cardigans, after all, the fabrics used in both are basically the same. What’s more, we love that the front of the waistband lies flat while allowing plenty of flexibility to conform to your fit. The fabric is lightweight and soft, the construction is solid, and the fit is well tailored—enough room to move around, but thin enough to prevent bunching in slimmer pants.
“If you want to redesign your underwear drawer all at once, these are the best to buy in bulk,” Ortiz says. Uniqlo boxers are affordable, without a doubt. But they’re not offered in multipacks, and from what we’ve seen, the fit and slightly better fabric makes Ralph Lauren a winner if you want to spruce up your underwear with larger pieces.
Best Designer Boxer Shorts: Tom Ford Silk Boxer Shorts
material: 100% cotton | Sizes: S-XXL | Travel: Functional. open | Colors and patterns: Available in two colours
If you thought boxers were shapeless, frayed, and completely unattractive, we don’t blame you. But don’t let the genre’s worst offenders speak for the entire public. With luxurious silk-blend fabric, and a sexy velvet waistband, these Tom Ford Skivvies are one of the sexiest pairs of underwear, no need to worry about boxer briefs. But don’t take all this sex appeal to mean your body is getting skinny. These apparel feature a relaxed, roomy fit that’s perfect for lounging around. They’re more suited to special occasions, of course, like a gorgeous velvet drape before a saucy show. But if you are looking for some rest and relaxation and… luxuriantThey are a great source of dopamine.

What should you look for in a great pair of boxer shorts
The boxer briefs community only takes up a modest slice of Feverqueen’s offices, but we’re still standing and we’ve come together to find out what makes a great pair based on our decades of personal experience and the countless pairs that have made their way into the office. We wanted to filter out the cheap chaff and get to the golden wheat, the kind that could satisfy lifelong defenders of boxer briefs and convert (or at least open the minds of) unmoved soldiers.
Comfort comes first, of course. The waist belts should not be too tight or too loose, and there should be plenty of space between the legs and legs to move freely. Quality was a no-brainer – the fabric had to be breathable, comfortable and soft. Then it went down to the nitty-gritty of design like how the fly works, how the boards are shaped, and how the flex is built. Ultimately, many of these small details will be subjective. For example, some people prefer button-down boxers over open boxers. With that in mind, we wanted this list to include a wide range of options and for each pair featured to best represent a specific sub-genre in the world of boxer shorts.
How we test and review products
We know that style is personal, and that’s the fun of it. But we’re serious about helping our audience get dressed. Whether it’s the best white sneakers, the most affordable suits, or the menswear drops you need to know about this week, Feverqueen Recommends’ perspective is built on years of hands-on experience, an insider’s awareness of what’s in and what’s next, and a mission to find The best version of everything out there, at every price point.
Our staff doesn’t get to try on every piece of clothing you read about on Feverqueen.com (fashion moves fast these days), but we have intimate knowledge of each brand’s strengths and know the hallmarks of quality clothing — from materials and sourcing, craftsmanship, and sustainability efforts. Which is not limited to green washing. Feverqueen’s recommendations heavily emphasize our editorial experience with those brands, how their clothes are made, and how those clothes have been reviewed by customers. Bottom line: Feverqueen wouldn’t ask you to wear it if we didn’t.
We do our best to cast as wide a net as possible, focusing on identifying the best options across three main categories: quality, suitableand price.
To start the process, we tapped Feverqueen Recommends Braintrust to vote on our contenders. Some of the people involved worked in retail, offering clothing to the masses; Others have worked hard to acquire small menswear brands; They all spend a lot of time thinking about what’s in their closets.
We draw on this collective experience to guide our research, selecting a mix of household names, indie favorites and craft imprints at the cutting edge of the genre. Then we narrow the selection down to the picks that scored highest in terms of quality, fit, and price.
Across the majority of our buying guides, our team has first-hand experience with the bulk of our picks, but a handful are completely new to us. So, after several months of intense debate, we tallied the votes, gathered anecdotal evidence, and came up with a list of who we think are the absolute best in the category right now, from the proven braves to the contemporary innovators. , affordable hitters to expensive (but worth it) designer pieces.
Whatever your preferences, whatever your style, there’s bound to be an excellent version on this list that suits you. (Read more about the Feverqueen audition process here.)
